HIRS Global installed state-of-the-art silo & vessel weighing systems in the milk storage silos and powder mixing tanks. These systems included high-precision (TOP SENSOR) silo loadcells and (SCAIME) digital indicators to provide accurate weight readings.

2. Integration with Siemens System:

The new weighing systems were integrated with the Siemens milk filling system. This integration was crucial to ensure that the weight data from the silos and tanks could be utilized in real-time during the filling process, enhancing overall efficiency and product consistency.

3. Commissioning and Calibration:

Challenge: Integrating the new weighing system with the existing Siemens filling system without causing downtime or disruption.
